As Per Merchant Law

-All businesses must be registered and hold a valid permit of operation issued by the Merchants Caste of Port Kar.

-The business must pass all periodic inspections.

 

 

(If a business is currently being played on Discord, a Merchant will visit the business to inspect it and issue a current permit. If a business isn't currently played on Discord but has a history in Port Kar, it will be grandfathered in with a Permit that will be issued when when/if they come to discord.)
